Create a Work Space
Another thing that’s crucial to being able to work well is to work without distractions. You need to find ones own space – a spot you can work without interference from kids, phone or friends. You may have to let your answering machine take care of calls. If you do not have an office utilize a portion of another room for specific times throughout the day. Make it a space you will look forward to return to.
Daily Method of Operation
This is your routine. Things you do every single day to grow your company. The daily method of operation, or DMO, will be different than someone else. Your sponsor will tell you what you need to do each day, write it down and stick with it.
Be Committed to Marketing
One of the things successful women in MLM understand is that marketing is a key to a prosperous business. You have to do it consistently. You also lose your momentum when you allow yourself to slack. If you’re not able to do it every day commit to a schedule, for instance three times a week. But almost everyone can do something each day towards marketing.
Continue to Learn
Continually be willing to learn all you can. There is so much information available and much of it free. Webinars are a good source of information. Internet Marketing is a continuously changing tool and by keeping your eyes and ears open you’ll be able to keep on top of it all.
Use Your Phone to Keep in Touch
You have to know your upline and who their upline is. The telephone remains a tool that works well. Make sure you have phone numbers and names handy. You don’t need to be hunting down names and numbers whenever you need to close a sale or present a new opportunity to them. Plus a personalized touch is nice. People still like to hear a genuine voice and see an actual face when doing business.
Be Totally Committed
This really is another secret women in MLM would tell you. You’ve to be 100% committed to your business and what you do. You’ve to have a passion for it. It must be more than something you do to make money. When you have a positive attitude and outlook you’ll be much more productive. You need to have a high level of energy to inspire people to join your business. The only way to have that is to free your mind of all the: housework, outside activities, other engagements, anything not relating to your business shouldn’t be in your thoughts when you’re doing your DMO.
