Jeff Rense interviews Cliff High of Half Past Human regarding his views on upcoming events for this year and beyond. In this interview, High reveals his forecast for the economy, environment, social structure and politics.
High employ a technique based on radical linguistics to reduce extracts from readings of dynamic postings on the internet into an archetypical database. With this database of archtypical language, he is able to calculate the rate of change of the language.
The forecasts of the future are derived from these calculations. The calculations are based on a system of associations between words and numeric values for emotional responses from those words. These ‘emotional impact indicators’ are also of his own devising. They are attached to a data base of over 300/three hundred thousand words. This data base of linked words/phrases and emotions is the lexicon from which the future forecasting is derived.
He calls the future viewing the ALTA reports for ‘asymetric language trend analysis’. The ALTA reports are available by subscription.

No other natural resource offers the potential of hemp. Cannabis Hemp is capable of producing significant quantities of paper, textiles, building materials, food, medicine, paint, detergent, varnish, oil, ink, and fuel. Unlike other crops, hemp can grow in most climates and on most farmland throughout the world with moderate water and fertilizer requirements, no pesticides, and no herbicides. Cannabis Hemp (also known as Indian Hemp) has enormous potential to become a major natural resource that can benefit both the economy and the environment.
THE REAL REASON MARIJUANA IS ILLEGAL IS BECAUSE IT’S HEMP!
President Obama probably didn’t anticipate that his brief dismissal of marijuana legalization during the online town hall would light up a potent movement of support for decriminalization.
The fact that he even addressed such a controversial and oft-ignored topic impressed some. But the way he seemed to deride the question angered man who quickly expressed their dissent online in website comments, on blogs and throughout Social Networks.
“There was one question that was voted on that ranked fairly high and that was whether legalizing marijuana would improve the economy and job creation,” the president said during the town hall, amongst a thunder of laughter from the crowd. “And I don’t know what this says about the online audience.” More laughter.
“The answer is, no, I don’t think that is a good strategy to grow our economy,” Obama said.
No further explanation given. Next question.
His short response was not only disconcerting for marijuana supporters but also a bit perplexing. After all, Obama called for marijuana decriminalization during …
… a debate at Northwestern University when he was running for U.S. Senate in 2004.
The legalization debate is not a new topic for websites like YouTube, Digg and Facebook, where a pot-smoking niche has long congregated. But it has exploded in the days since the town hall.
The Huffington Post prominently featured an editorial titled “Pot Saved My Life, Mr. President.” In it, the writer concluded, “The president will be asked this question again, and maybe next time he won’t laugh at us.”
The Times had a story Sunday quoting former federal judge Jim Gray claiming the war on drugs had failed and that pot should be legal. The so-called failed drug war was, incidentally, the same claim made by Obama in 2004.
The lit-up lobby rages strongly on social networking channels as well. The Facebook page, called M A R I J U A N A, has seen a spike in membership as of late.
And on the Social News website Digg, a story about marijuana benefits, decriminalization or reactions to Obama’s weedy treatment of the pot question has been voted to the home page every day since the town hall — and in many cases, multiple times a day.
So what doesthat say about the online audience? Considering that many political analysts attribute a major part of Obama’s election to his popularity on social networks, maybe he shouldn’t be so quick to dismiss something they clearly feel strongly about.

United States Presidents George Washington and Thomas Jefferson grew hemp, used products made from hemp, and praised the hemp plant in some of their writings. Under the laws written by today’s politicians, George Washington and Thomas Jefferson would be considered a threat to society–they would be arrested and thrown in prison for the felony crime of growing plants.
From 1776 to 1937, hemp was a major American crop and textiles made from hemp were common. Yet, The American Textile Museum, The Smithsonian Institute, and most American history books contain no mention of hemp. The government’s War on Marijuana Smokers has created an atmosphere of self censorship–speaking of hemp in a positive manner is considered taboo.

To be in a position of not having a job, losing a business or being without income is a very scary place to be. With the present economy more and more people are turning to the possibility of working from home whether it be with skills already in place or a whole new experience of learning something unfamiliar but attractive in the income that could be generated.
The internet is an first-class place to start as there are courses of study available to instruct, direct and walk you through a countless remunerative systems. For a few, this will be a relatively easy project and a pleasant one as well although for others the whole internet can be intimidating, speaking a totally foreign language. Do not lose heart.
Nothing happens overnight and equally nothing happens without hard work. Sometimes all we need to succeed is a little extra time as things become clearer and we begin to move forward. Learning something new can be quite a challenge whether you are 25 or 75 but the determination to succeed is across the board, independent of age or gender.
Do not despair in this new found venture. Any program worthy of perusal will offer help, forums, service and advice twenty four seven. Use it. There is nothing more frustrating than sitting there trying to solve a problem you have no idea how, when you could be moving forward at a brisk pace just by asking.
Check over everything very guardedly before you commit to a particular program and read the fine print. Many sites will offer free services but the fine print may say “for seven days only, and then your credit card will be charged $60 or $70 dollars a month for a membership fee.” Study everything!
Therefore, go do your research, select a business you feel comfortable with and bring in some real income. Do not be like my friend who is fond of saying ” I know nothing about money, but I know how to spend it.” Good hunting in determining your new future.
The current financial mess has left all of us in a sad state either jobless. homeless, businesses closed or all of the above I found myself considering Internet Marketing and making money on-line hence my start a few months ago in fat control Flirting With Fat. I decided to develop a site Money Live On Linewhich will be devoted to you out there that wants to start a new career in Internet Marketing.
