This concept has been used since the beginning of time. It is simply relationship building. It just has a new fancy term. People buy from their friends and from people they trust. No one likes buying from strangers. Do you?

When using this concept on the internet, it takes on a whole new meaning. Many things have to take place to make this work. But they are not complicated. Some may take a little practice.

*Social group marketing. Making friends is one way to build trust. You need to join popular social groups and build relationships with as many people as humanly possible. Relationship and friendship building is the key element to this, because that is how you build trust. Blogging is also good.

* Article marketing. Many experts say that article marketing is the Best form of advertising on the net! It is definitely the best way to get back links to your website and get your website listed in search engines in your niche market.

*Have a funded Proposal system. This is simply valuable information to offer your leads/prospects. Something they want and need. It should be so valuable that when you show them the price, they just have to buy it. You must know and understand your niche market in order for your funded proposal to work properly.

*Effectively use lead capture pages, auto responders and sales pages properly.

You may loose credibility, fail miserably and may loose a lot of money if you do not use these principals correctly. Using all of these elements correctly is the key to having huge success in the network marketing and mlm industry.
